We act solely for you and deal with a limited number of clients by choice. We give you a complete and detailed description, including both the positive and negative of each property we shortlist for you in accordance with your specific needs and desires. Our guidance is fully independent and free from any conflicts, as our group is not associated with any estate agent or financial institution.

Our clients are given priority because estate agents know that we represent buyers who are committed and ready to proceed. We give our clients access to 'off market' properties, private sales and view and secure properties in the period between an agent being instructed and the property coming to market. This gives our clients a headstart over other buyers.

We believe that to gain true local knowledge you need to actually live in an area. Our team has lived in different parts of Kensington and Chelsea for over 20 years and our children attend local nurseries and schools. We have sourced and re-developed many different types of residential properties, from one bedroom flats in Earls Court to a Grade II listed family house in Holland Park and everything in between. Our deep, local resources and contacts are unrivalled and include estate agents, surveyors, architects, builders, solicitors and mortgage advisors. Our tax specialists have particular expertise in legally reducing stamp-duty, which is now 5% on £1m plus properties. Our team has personal experience with each of the specialists we recommend for the benefit of our clients.
